Western Style Japanese Knife Re-Handle Service Available

We have a new service to announce, we're re-handling western style Japanese knives.

Here you can see a Hiromoto gyuto that's been re-handled with Silver/Blue Curly Maple. It's held in place with nickel silver Corby bolts and accented with a decorative brass/nickel silver mosaic pin.

If you're interested in having similar work done to your knives please contact us at JapaneseKnifeSharpening.com to discuss details.

DAVE!!! That's great looking :) Funny thing is that I've been wanting to get my Hiromoto HC rehandled for a LONG time, Fish was going to do it but never got to it. Love the wood :)

Thanks Shawn. I didn;t know you had this knife too, seems not too many people have them.

Fish would've been the man to have hooked you up on that handle. He's my inspiration, I think he was a handle re-handle genius and I know he's missed a lot.
